Standard terms for quotations and roofing works.

These terms apply to quotations and works provided by Richmond Roofing Group Limited unless a signed contract states otherwise.

Quotations

Quotes are based on the survey and information provided. Additional works found once opening-up begins will be agreed before proceeding where practical.

Payment

Payment stages are confirmed in writing. Deposits, stage payments and final balances must be cleared as agreed before guarantees are registered.

Guarantees

Where an insurance-backed guarantee applies, registration follows completion and payment in full, subject to insurer terms. See our insurance-backed guarantee page.
